This training session is for Ladies only ages 10-18. We are going to focus on improving our 1st touch, communication, dribbling skills, defending and passing. The fall season will be starting soon and my goal is to put more focus on helping Ludington's Girls improve their skills. The next Mia Hamm, Alex Morgan, or Abby Wambach could be right here.
Training day and times TBD based on interest. Each player will receive a Pride Training Shirt.
